Out-of-Napier display program
We’d love for you to see our hot tubs in person and to make it easy, we’ll cover the cost of your trip to our Napier workshop, no matter where you’re coming from!
So you want to buy one of our beautiful hot tubs?
You’ve read the information on our website, looked through the photos and even contacted us with a few questions. You’re in love with our product and ready to order but it’s a big commitment to order without seeing one of our tubs in the real flesh first.
You think – if I am to invest so much money… I need to see before I buy!
But there’s a “small” problem, we don’t have offices with display tubs all around New Zealand.
One option is for us to rent display spaces (increasing our overheads) or to have resellers (they need to add on their 25%-30%) which would further increase our prices.
So what’s the solution?
So the only other way is to get you to our factory in Napier and have a look at our display models and to see some tubs under production. The big problem with this option is that it will add up to the final bill on top of the cost of the tub when you order.
What if your trip to our Napier workshop is paid for (or at least contributed to)?
We can even pick you up from Napier airport and drop you off in town to all the nice cafes to save on time and costs.

This is how “Out-Of-Napier Display Program” works:
- You have pretty much decided to go ahead and place an order for a tub and want to view before you buy
- You contact us to arrange a suitable time to visit
- You then go ahead and make travel arrangements
- We then apply your expenses against your order as a discount
Expenses refunded are only for flight/train/taxi/bus tickets or for petrol expenses if driving by car.
- Travel from within the South Island – up to NZ$600.00
- Travel from Australia – up to NZ$1,000.00
Note: Deposit payment and order confirmed within 1 month of viewing.
Travel to our workshop needs to have taken place to qualify (can’t just ask for the discount without travel from out of town to our workshop).
